Contessa Vanesa Serrano, born in Sonora, Mexico, has a long history of entrepreneurship in Bisbee and Douglas, Arizona. Having operated a number of successful restaurants over the years (the most recent, Contessas Cantina in Bisbee, is still going strong under her nephew Gustavo’s ownership), Vanesa knows a little bit about service and her customers are always well taken care of!
